You know the reality of medicine. It's the code that doesn't end the way you hoped. The drunk guy that pees on the floor. The patient demanding a pain medicine that starts with a "d". It's missed meals, impossible expectations and jokes that would horrify the general public.

Beneath all the bullshit, we are here for the same reason: to take excellent care of people. The system may be broken. The shifts can be borderline intolerable. But when it's your patient, none of that changes the standard. We show up. We do the work. No matter what.

Black Cloud was created by real healthcare workers, for real healthcare workers. Fake optimism is no longer the dress code.
